The representative IHC images of the three levels of staining for CDC25A (strongly positive, weakly positive and negative) are shown in Fig. 1A. The statistical results showed that the positive rate of CDC25A in cervical cancer tissues was significantly increased compared with that of adjacent tissues (χ2 = 6.4273; P = 0.0402; Fig. 1B). The gene discussed is CDC25A; the disease is cervical cancer.
