It has been shown that miR‐200 family can target ZEB1 and ZEB2 and promote expression of E‐cadherin, thus hinder migration, invasion, and tumor angiogenesis (Korpal et al., 2008).Tumors with the secretory subtype were recognized with a downregulation of all members of the miR‐200 family and upregulation of EMT and angiogenesis. This evidence concerns the gene CDH1 and neoplasm.
