TP53 and breast carcinoma: Interestingly, among the pathways in which mND found relatively more genes than each omics considered independently, we found KEGG ‘Breast Cancer’ and signal transduction ways known to have a relevant role in BC (Fig. 5), like ‘Cell Cycle’ (Liu et al., 2008), ‘Hippo signalling pathways’ (Wei et al., 2018), ‘FoxO Signalling pathways’ (Farhan et al., 2017), ‘p53 Signalling pathways’ (Gasco et al., 2002), ‘PI3K-Akt signalling’ (Paplomata and Regan, 2014) and ‘Proteasome’ (Mani and Gelmann, 2005).
