ITGB1 and colonic neoplasm: There is evidence that the expression of miR‐29c‐3p in GC is lower than that in adjacent tissues, and it can significantly inhibit the proliferation of GC cells by down‐regulating the expression of ITGB1.33 In addition, it has been reported that miR‐29c is significantly down‐regulated in colon cancer.34 In this study, we also found that miR‐29c‐3p was significantly down‐regulated in GC, and we found that increased expression of miR‐29c‐3p inhibited GC cell proliferation and induced apoptosis.
