Consistently, ISH and IHC staining analysis of CRC tissues in Cohort 2 (n = 182) for SATB2-AS1, SATB2 and EMT markers indicated that patients with low SATB2-AS1 expression displayed lower SATB2 and E-cadherin expression and higher Vimentin expression compared with patients with high SATB2-AS1 expression. This evidence concerns the gene VIM and colorectal carcinoma.
