Phosphorylation of GSK-3β at Ser9 and total β-catenin levels (Figure 3B,D) suggested that the suppression of EpCAM might be due to alterations in the TREM2-mediated Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway and that TREM2 might be involved in the tumorigenicity of colon cancer.
