MYCN and neuroblastoma: Our results showed that both migration and invasion were decreased to 43% and 24%, respectively, by overexpression of α-N-catenin in SK-N-AS cells (Figure 3A and 3B), but no significant difference was observed in BE(2)-C cells, which further highlighted the MYCN independent tumor suppressor role of α-N-catenin in neuroblastoma cells.
