TSPAN32 and experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis: Encephalitogenic T cells from MOG-induced experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) mice showed significantly lower levels of TSPAN32, which can be explained by a higher activity of T lymphocytes; the increased levels of CD9, CD53, CD82 and CD151 are concordant with the in vitro data, suggesting their role in the activation of the immune response.
