In CRC cells, inactivation of Wnt signalling leads to decreased expression of SNHG16.19 The proto‐oncogene c‐Myc is identified as an upstream regulator of SNHG16 in OSCC.36 Moreover, upstream transcription factor 1 (USF1) positively regulates the expression of SNHG16 by directly binding to the promoter region of SNHG16 in glioma cells.38 Therefore, the collection of more DLBCL samples is merited to investigate the diagnostic and prognostic potential of SNHG16, as well as to further explore the potential mechanism underlying the overexpression of SNHG16 in DLBCL.
