In the present study, high serum concentrations of SA (≥7/89 mg/dL), hs-CRP (≥3.4 mg/dL), PAI-1 (≥67 ng/mL) and increase in OX-LDL, MDA, and VN were found to be independent significant predictors of CAD in patients. This evidence concerns the gene MAP3K14 and coronary artery disorder.
