KCNN4 and breast carcinoma: Macroscopic on-cell (cell-attached) currents recorded with KCl pipette solution disclosed a radiation (IR)-induced increase in inward and outward currents (i.e., in the downward and upward deflections of the current tracings, respectively) in KCa3.1 WT breast cancer cells, which were blocked by the KCa3.1 inhibitor TRAM-34 (Figure 1A).
