It has been indicated that PVT1 expression in human GC and NSCLC tissues, and serum PVT1 levels in cervical cancer patients are increased, which are significantly correlated with TNM stage, lymph node metastasis, and poor prognosis, and might serve as a biomarker for diagnosis and prognosis of these cancers [325,326,327].
