As shown in Fig. 7a, the β3-AR-antagonist SR59230A and the SK2-inhibitor ABC294640, were both able to decrease the protein expression levels of the early neuronal differentiation marker NeuroD1 in tumor mass excised from A/J syngeneic mice; however, in the presence of the S1P2-agonist CYM5520, this effect was abrogated.
