Furthermore, pairwise comparisons showed that PHA levels of IL-10 were significantly higher in TB and LTBI cases than in uninfected controls (p = 0.020 and p = 0.001, respectively), whereas the PHA levels of IL-32 were significantly higher in LTBI cases than in TB cases, and uninfected controls (p = 0.034 and p = 0.004, respectively), and the PHA levels of IL-13 were significantly higher in LTBI cases compared to uninfected controls (p = 0.006).
