As shown in Table 4, the expression of Trx 1, Prx 1 and Prx 2 in pre-chemotherapy cervical cancer tissues was markedly stronger in chemotherapy non-responders than that in responders, suggesting patients with high levels of Trx 1, Prx1 and Prx2 were more resistant to cisplatin-based NACT than those with low protein expression (P < 0.05, respectively). Here, PRRX2 is linked to cervical carcinoma.
