Although Wnt2 has been reported to be associated with the regulation of tumorigenesis and the progression of various tumors,15, 16, 17, 18 few studies have focused on the interaction between cancer cells and CAFs based on Wnt2 proteins.19, 20 Our findings suggest that colorectal CAFs secrete Wnt2 to promote cancer progression, and strategy targeting of Wnt2 derived from CAFs is a potential management strategy for colorectal cancer. Here, WNT2 is linked to cancer.
