At diagnosis mean serum calcium was 11.6 (SD 0.08; range 10.8–12.7) mg/dL, and was associated with decreased rates of PTH and upper normal levels of 1,25 dihydroxyvitamin D. We here report a comparable prevalence of PJP-associated hypercalcemia in our cohort of KTR (37%). Here, PTH is linked to Hypercalcemia.
