CYP27B1 and Familial prostate cancer: Up to now, two common CYP27B1 polymorphisms (rs4646537, rs3782130) and two common GC polymorphisms (rs4588 and rs7041) were found to be associated with cancer risks, including breast cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, prostate cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, esophageal cancer, gastric cancer and colorectal cancer.
