BRAF V600E mutations have been described in a variety of adult and pediatric gliomas, including pleomorphic xanthoastrocytoma (PXA; 60–80%), ganglioglioma (20–70%), pilocytic astrocytoma (PA; 9–10%), low-grade glioma (LGG; 5–15%), pediatric glioblastoma (pGBM; 20%), and adult GBM (3%) [22,23,24].
