Finally, through gene expression analysis, we identified signaling molecules that might contribute toward TRAIL and MSC-TRAIL resistance in CD133+ CSCs, and uncovered NFKB1, BAG3, MCL1, GADD45A, and HRK as potential anti-cancer genes that could increase sensitivity of NSCLC to MSC-TRAIL therapy.
