The PI3K/AKT pathway is the downstream components of PTEN and is one of the most important regulatory signalling pathways in CH and HF.49, 50 PTEN abolishes the AKT‐induced expression of GSK3β and p70S6K to inhibit CH.51 Our results demonstrated that changes of CHAR level were associated with the expression levels of PTEN and AKT. The gene discussed is AKT1; the disease is hydrops fetalis.
