PRTN3 and rheumatoid arthritis: In ACPA-positive RA individuals, the histological pathotype showed a more consistent tendency (p = 0.020) to change to a less inflammatory pathotype, i.e., from lymphoid to myeloid, or myeloid to fibroid (Figure 6G), whereas in ACPA-negative individuals change in pathotype at 6 months was less consistent (p = 0.27).
