Metabolites significantly involved in these biological processes were ADP, arachidonic acid, Cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP), FAD and guanine diphosphate, and significantly involved transcripts were ANGPT1, PDE2A, A2M, VWF, GNG1, GNG14, GYPC, F8, CAV1, CFD, ITGAL, ITGA2 HGF, SELP, SELE, SELL OLR1, MGLL, OLR1, F10, CD36 and TRPC6. In addition, we found that transcripts involved in cell cycle regulation (BRCA1, MSH2, PCNA, CD6, MCM3, MCM6 and BIRC5) were over‐represented and more abundant in LUSC tumours but not in LUAD tumours. The gene discussed is PCNA; the disease is neoplasm.
