We found that Yap1-knockdown does not change the mRNA expressions of CCND1 (Additional file 2: Figure S2B), CDK4/6 (Additional file 2: Figure S2C and D) and TEAD4 (Additional file 2: Figure S2E), only the expressions of CCNE1 and CCNE2 have been obviously decreased at transcriptional level (Additional file 2: Figure S2F and G), which further increases the possibility of that Yap1 is closely related to the regulation of both CCNE1 and CCNE2 in the BLCA cells. Here, CCNE2 is linked to bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
