As shown in Additional file 2: Figure S2F, G, Fig. 5a and Fig. 5b, both the knockdown of Yap1 and TEAD4 obviously inhibited the gene expressions of CCNE1/2, suggesting that Yap1 and TEAD4 could be the key regulator of CCNE1/2 expressions in the bladder cancer cells. The gene discussed is YAP1; the disease is urinary bladder cancer.
