ERBB2 and neoplasm: Triple negative breast cancer is a tumor that expresses less than 1% estrogens and progestogens, and is HER2-negative; it is a subtype with greater aggressiveness in its appearance, associated with greater tumor size, high histological grade and frequently with lymph node involvement [2], because of this it has a high risk of distant metastasis, especially to lungs, brain, and liver.
