Since PTEN negatively regulated the mRNA of PRR (Figure 1C), we analyzed the expression of PRR and PTEN in the cancer genome atlas (TCGA)-prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD) dataset and found that PRR mRNA levels negatively correlate with PTEN expression in most tumors analyzed and to a great extent in high-Gleason score tumors (Figure 5G). The gene discussed is ATP6AP2; the disease is prostate adenocarcinoma.
