EZR and cancer: The role of ezrin is to change the infiltration potential of cancer cells, which can be divided into two aspects: (i) Forming complex with calyx glycoprotein to play an anti‐adhesion role thereby reducing the adhesion between cancer cells, and (ii) activating calyx glycoprotein to participate in the remodeling of cytoskeleton, forming pseudopodia and enhancing the migrational ability of cells.
