Through network pharmacological analysis, it was found that the anti-breast cancer process of frankincense and myrrh involved 10 active ingredients such as diayangambin (107) and guggulsterone (96,97), 43 protein targets such as ATR and TP53, and 25 signaling pathways such as cAMP signaling pathway and PI3K-Akt signaling pathway, which could provide a reference for the study of the material basis and mechanism of anti-breast cancer of frankincense–myrrh compound (Figure 7). This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and breast carcinoma.
