CCA tissues in the SLC43A1 high expression group were most significantly enriched for “Parkinson's disease” (Table S13); CCA tissues in the HOXC8 high expression group were most significantly enriched for “primary immunodeficiency” (Table S14); and CCA tissues in the ELOVL6 high expression group were most significantly enriched for “complement and coagulation cascades” (Table S15). This evidence concerns the gene ELOVL6 and Parkinson disease.
