The use of a different anti‐tetraspanin marker CD63 (mol wt of 53 kD) gave a band intensity gradation similar to that obtained with CD9 and confirmed that the plasma level of A2AR in CAD patients was related to their EV content ranking patients from lowest to highest as follows: Reference Numbers 7,1, 4 and 6 (Figure 1B). Here, CD63 is linked to coronary artery disorder.
