Further analysis of the relationship between the expression levels of PTGS2/BCL2 and the survival rate in the Kaplan–Meier plotter website (http://kmplot.com/lung) indicated that high levels of both PTGS2 (A) and BCL2 (B) were closely associated with poor survival in NSCLC patients (Figure 7), implying that PTGS2 and BCL2 abundant in tumor tissues played essential roles in the response of NSCLC therapy. This evidence concerns the gene BCL2 and neoplasm.
