The F4/80+ macrophages isolated from the normal mammary glands of the WT mice showed high levels of angiogenic marker genes (Angpt1, Angpt2, and Tie2) and M2 marker genes (CD206 and Fizz1), whereas the F4/80+ macrophages from the tumours of the PyMT mice fed the ND showed high levels of Opn, Vegfa, and M1 marker genes (CD11c, Nos2, and Mincle) (Fig. 2c).
