We analyzed the expression of miR-1306-3p and SIX1 in above 61 paired gastric cancer tissues, and found SIX1 was up-regulated in 77.05% (47/61) gastric cancer tissues (Fig. 7a) and the level of miR-1306-3p negatively correlated with the level of SIX1 (Fig. 7b). This evidence concerns the gene SIX1 and gastric cancer.
