LMP1 can activate multiple signaling pathways involved in proliferation, apoptosis, metastasis, and radioresistance, such as AKT, JAK3, P38 MAPK, JNK, ERK, and NF‐κB p65 signaling, in NPC tumor cells.7 To determine which pathway is most critical for the enhancement in radioresistance induced by LMP1‐positive EVs in recipient cancer cells, we detected the expression of activating signaling molecules in the recipient cells after LMP1‐positive EV treatment.
