CD8A and neoplasm: After enlarging the sample size by combining these datasets (GSE10143 and GSE17856, n = 86) to increase the statistical power, the results revealed that there was a significantly larger proportion of M0 macrophages (q-value < 0.001) and neutrophil cells (q-value = 0.028) in the intra-tumor tissue; however, there were higher percentages of CD8+ cells (q-value = 0.04) and monocytes (q-value < 0.001) in non-tumor tissue (Figure 3, center).
