Ding et al. (2014) have demonstrated that CCNB1 could be a biomarker for the prognosis of patient with ER-positive breast cancer and for the monitoring of hormone therapy efficacy. Shi et al. have recently reported that ISL1-induced cell proliferation and tumorigenesis in gastric cancer were mediated through the regulation of CCNB1, CCNB2, and C-MYC expressions (Shi et al., 2016). This evidence concerns the gene CCNB2 and gastric cancer.
