For 94 ins/del ATTG in NF-κB, the frequency of D allele was lower in ALL patients compared to controls (37.8 vs. 43.5%), and it was significantly associated with ALL susceptibility (OR = 0.790, 95% CI 0.628–0.994, p = 0.044). This evidence concerns the gene NFKB1 and acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
