We sought to investigate the correlation between the type of aggressive B-cell lymphoma, the EZH2 mutation status, and the relationship between MYC, BCL2 and BCL6 translocations–the latter with high impact on the prognosis and for guiding decisions for treatment [26–28]—and the sensitivity of lymphoma cell lines to apoptosis upon DZNep treatment. This evidence concerns the gene EZH2 and lymphoma.
