We found that IL‐10 secreted from pDCs promoted angiogenesis during the early stage of endometriosis and demonstrate that IL‐10 stimulated angiogenesis through an IL‐10R‐dependent pathway using a HUVEC migration and tube formation assay in vitro, as well as an in vivo Matrigel plug assay and zebrafish model. Here, IL10 is linked to endometriosis.
