They were IL7R, IL18, CCL2, HLA-DRA, CD247, ITK, CD2, IRF8, CD48, GZMK, CCR7, HLA-DPA1, LEP, IL1B, CD8A, CD3D and GZMA. Using KEGG pathway enrichment analysis, we found that above hub genes were significantly enriched in immune system, including Th17 cell differentiation, cytokine–cytokine receptor interaction, T-cell receptor signalling pathway and Primary immunodeficiency (Supplementary Figure S1 and Supplementary Table S5). This evidence concerns the gene CCL2 and inborn error of immunity.
