As shown in Figure 8, in the MC group, the levels of NF-κB, IL-1β, and IL-6 in the skin tissue increased by 32.56%, 31.67%, and 39.44%, respectively, compared with the NC group (p < 0.01); however, there were no significant differences in the level of IL-10 compared with the NC group (p > 0.05), which may suggest that this factor is not associated with skin photoaging.
