We found that the endoneurial infiltration of inflammatory cells including macrophages (CD68+) and lymphocytes (CD3+) was significantly reduced in B7-2/ Fcer1g-double nulls compared to B7-2-single nulls (Fig 3A–3C; ICC studies), and the absence of activating FcγRs resulted in significant reduction of natural killer cells (CD45+/CD335+; FACS studies) (Fig 3D). This evidence concerns the gene CD68 and intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma.
