Figure 6b contained seven proteins (COX17, cytochrome oxidase subunit 6A1 (COX6A1), COX6C, ATP5I, ubiquinone oxidoreductase subunit B3 (NDUFB3), TOMM6, and ENSSSCG00000013436), which were mainly related to oxidative phosphorylation, NAFLD, and Alzheimer’s disease. Figure 6c–d were related to cell cycle and cell ribosome, respectively. Figure 6d consisted of RPL26, RPL26L1, and RPL23, which are cytoplasmic ribosomal proteins. This evidence concerns the gene TOMM6 and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease.
