F2 and neoplasm: Multivariable Cox proportional hazards model identified six independent prognostic predictors for RFS: HCVAb-positive status (hazard ratio, 2.43; 95% CI: 1.19–4.97; P = 0.015), prothrombin activity ≥ 87% (hazard ratio, 2.78; 95% CI: 1.31–5.88; P = 0.008), PIVKA-II ≥ 46 mAU/mL (hazard ratio, 3.10; 95% CI: 1.36–7.09; P = 0.007), tumor number ≥ 2 (hazard ratio, 2.61; 95% CI: 1.13–6.01; P = 0.024), peak VO2 (rate of change) ≥ 90% (hazard ratio, 2.47; 95% CI: 1.03–5.94; P = 0.043), and AT VO2 (rate of change) ≥ 90% (hazard ratio, 2.58; 95% CI: 1.22–5.46; P = 0.013).
