The occurrence of circadian rhythm disorder in patients with Alzheimer's disease (AD) is closely related to the abnormal deposition of amyloid‐β (Aβ), and d‐Ser2‐oxyntomodulin (Oxy) is a protease‐resistant oxyntomodulin analogue that has been shown to exert neuroprotective effects. Here, JAG2 is linked to early-onset autosomal dominant Alzheimer disease.
