BCR and pachyonychia congenita: Increasing percentage of p53-positive nuclei was significantly associated with shorter time to BCR (HR 1.3, 95% CI 1.2–1.5; p < 0.0001, Fig. 1a), metastatic relapse (HR 1.9, 95% CI 1.5–2.3; p < 0.0001, Fig. 1b) and PC-specific mortality (HR 2.4, 95% CI 1.7–3.3; p < 0.0001, Fig. 1c).
