Roeder (The Rockefeller University), Wei Gu (Columbia University), and all participants to consider the future of p53 research, focusing on topics such as the biophysical, biochemical, and atomic details of p53 activation; targeting the p53 pathway in cancer therapy; and tissue- and cell-specific p53-associated activities.
