Furthermore, the concentrations of immunoglobulin A (SIgA), immunoglobulin G (IgG), interleukin-2 (IL-2) and interleukin-10 (IL-10) in vaginal lavage fluid, as well as the incidence of HPV, mycoplasma and Chlamydia infection in vaginal secretions, were detected, in order to investigate the potential relationship among changes in vaginal microecology, local immune factor expression and HPV infection, and cervical lesions. This evidence concerns the gene IL2 and chlamydia infectious disease.
