Inclusion of limited genetic features (i.e., FUBP1, CIC, RYR2, and PIK3R1) and proteomic features (p53 and vimentin) along with radiomics features (sum of squares variance, large zone/low gray emphasis, autocorrelation) is able to predict survival of patients with IDH1 wild-type GBM. The gene discussed is VIM; the disease is glioblastoma.
