FUBP1 and glioblastoma: We found that the most common discriminative features of IDH1 wild type GBM are based on the combined radiomics with clinical (i.e., therapy type, age, sum of squares variance, large zone/low gray emphasis, autocorrelation, etc.)along with, genetic mutations in a limited set of genes (i.e., FUBP1, CIC, RYR2, and PIK3R1) and protein expression levels (p53 and vimentin), as shown in Figure 3C.
