KIR3DL3 and erythroleukemia: K562, an erythroleukemia cell line with low surface expression of KIR3DL3, was transfected with miRNA inhibitors for miR-26a-5p, miR-26b-5p and miR-185-5p and in combination (miR-26a/b-5p or miR-26a/b-5p ± 185-5p) leading to elevated KIR3DL3 cell surface expression (Figure 3).
